W.J. (Bill) Andahazy is the Associate for Technology with ETA. Bill was formerly a Professional Staff Member of the National Security Committee, U.S. House of Representatives, and developing R&D legislation associated with the Defense Authorization Bill. His specific emphasis was on tactical programs, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), university research, electronics, advanced materials, dual use technologies, medical, oceanographic and environmental programs. Bill’s availability to work closely with Members of Congress and their staff as well as with people in various defense and technology related industries makes him an invaluable asset.
