Jack Edwards serves as Counsel and has worked with ETA since its inception.  Jack serves ETA in a number of capacities. As a respected legislator for over 20 years, Jack’s familiarity with the legislative process and intimate knowledge of the inner workings of Capitol Hill make him a valued member of the ETA team. Jack is a retired Member of the House of Representatives who served for many years as a member of the Republican leadership as well as the ranking Republican Member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Defense.  He also served 16 years on the House Banking and Finance Committee. Jack’s credibility on Capitol Hill and his access to Members of the House and Senate make him an integral part of the ETA team.
